All the instruments were played, produced, or edited by whoever wrote these lines, except for the wonderful voice in “Niñará” and the guitar solo in “Viaja!”. I have worked on the songs in the same way that a book is written: taking care of every little sound in order to tell a story.

You’ll knowAlthough it is instrumental, I originally composed a song with lyrics that read:
“You’ll know,
One day, you will know.
waking up
You will know.”
Imagine this letter while the melody is playing. It’s a song I made to put my daughter to sleep. A dream that awaits the desire to grow and learn.

A Little HugI made this song for the future. To say that the doors of love open with just a little hug. That can be forgiven, that can be accepted, that we can surrender, and that we can remember, all with a little hug.
The full lyric is:
With just a little hug / Con sólo un pequeño abrazo
will you remember / recordarás
with just a little hug / con sólo un pequeño abrazo
you will surrender / te rendirás.
With just a little hug / Con sólo un pequeño abrazo
to be forgiven / para ser perdonado/a
with just a little hug / con sólo un pequeño abrazo
to keep believing / para seguir creyendo.
With just a little hug / Con sólo un pequeño abrazo
to last forever / que dure para siempre
with just a little hug / con sólo un pequeño abrazo
to be together / para estar juntos.
With just a little hug / Con sólo un pequeño abrazo
(that) you give whoever / que des a cualquiera
with just a little hug / con sólo un pequeño abrazo
(that) you give wherever / que des en cualquier lugar.
With just a little hug / Con sólo un pequeño abrazo
you will remember / recordarás
with just a little hug / con sólo un pequeño abrazo
(that) I gave you forever / que te dí para siempre.
With just a little hug / Con sólo un pequeño abrazo
you will surrender / te rendirás
with just a little hug / con sólo un pequeño abrazo
you will remember me. / te acordarás, de mi.

I Love YouA bolero air that becomes a song. A simple and direct declaration of love with an ending where the orchestration embraces.

Pray in silenceA mystical guitar advances respectfully among the silence, at a pace of reflection and union.

NiñaráI composed this song at a time when my daughter was leaving and I wouldn’t see her for a week. The house was silent, and my heart sank.
The lyric says (in spanish):
Niña, niña / Girl girl
Ay que bonita que es mi niña / Oh, how beautiful my girl is!
Que se la pasa soñando / That she spends her time singing
Que viene un príncipe a buscarla / That a prince comes to look for her
a su balcón. / to her balcony.
Que se la pasa soñando / that she spends her time dreaming
con un principe en su balcón. / with a prince on her balcony.
Niña, niña / Girl girl
Ay que bonita que es mi niña. / Oh, how beautiful my girl is!
Que se la pasa cantando / That she spends her time singing
todas las cosas que le dice el corazón/ all the things she says to him the heart.
Que se la pasa cantando / That she spends her time singing
lo que dice el corazón. / What the heart says
CHORUS
Y cuando ella no está / And when she’s not around,
todo se queda vacío / Everything remains empty.
Ay que penita mi niña / Oh, what a pity, my girl.
cuando no estás yo solo canto esta canción. / When you’re not around, I sing this song alone.
Ay que penita mi niña / Oh, what a pity, my girl.
yo te canto esta canción. / I sang you this song.
Niña, Niñará / girl, Niñará
Niña, Niñará / girl, Niñará
Niña, Niñará / girl, Niñará
Niña, Niña / girl, girl.
Ay que penita mi niña / Oh, what a pity, my girl.
Yo te canto esta canción. / I sang you this song.

Love, no matter whatThe delicate and fragile sensation of love that escapes ethereally from between the hands. The incredible and sometimes painful union of two souls that dance in the air. Is the dance of those who have stopped thinking to begin to contemplate each other in silence.

We will meet again. It’s a song that has two people.
The first person says:
I had a feeling / Tuve una sensación
You back tomorrow / que vuelves mañana
I had a feeling / tuve una sensación
You back today / que vuelves hoy
I had a feeling / Tuve una sensación
There is no sorrow / No hay pena
I had this feeling / Tuve este sentimiento
Is you and me. / Somos tu y yo
The second person, from far away, answers:
I had a ‘dreaming’ / Tuve un sueño
I need to follow / que necesito seguir
I had a ‘dreaming’ / Tuve un sueño
I back today / Vuelvo hoy
I had a ‘dreaming’ / Tuve un sueño
There is no sorrow / No hay pena
I had this ‘dreaming’ / Tuve este sueño
Is you and me. / Somos tu y yo
Finally, both people say:
We have this feeling / Tenemos este sentimiento
We’ll back tomorrow / Volvemos mañana
We have this ‘dreaming’ / Tenemos este sueño
We’ll back today / Volvemos hoy
We have this feeling / Tenemos este sentimiento
There is no sorrow / No hay pena
We have this ‘dreaming’ / Tenemos este sueño
We’ll meet again / Nos veremos otra vez.
We have this feeling / Tenemos este sentimiento
There is no sorrow / No hay pena
We have this feeling / Tenemos este sentimiento
We have this feeling / Tenemos este sentimiento
We have this feeling / Tenemos este sentimiento
We’ll meet again / Nos veremos otra vez.
It’s a song that talks about coming back. Even when the return is no longer possible, we dream with a promise that helps us continue: we will meet again.

To my motherIt took me a long time to compose this work. It’s hard to sum up a mother in one song.
The first part talks about a unique sweetness restarting over and over again until, in a moment, it grows and shines. Then it follows; it flies over, protective, careful, and heavenly. It/she always maintains the rhythmic pulse that never stops, except at the end where the steps slow down to finally light up with a brilliant and unique sun that becomes air and an eternal presence.

Travel! It is music to travel the world, and that accompanies discovering new faces, new cultures, and new landscapes. He has the calm step of one who is not in a hurry. In the middle, there is a solo of melodies that go from one side to another, as does the passion for adventure.

At peace with yourself.Agree and be at peace. Even after being right or after asking for forgiveness. Sitting on a bench and letting life flow unfailingly while the melodies continue in a pulse that remains clean and coherent.

(Epilogue) Live.It is a summary. It is both the end and the starting point. It is the union of what was before and what follows. It is like walking through a house full of memories and voices before closing the door.
